UI/UX Designer

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
  • Conduct user research to understand target audiences, define user personas, and gather insights for improving user experience.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Conduct and analyze usability testing, gathering feedback to iterate and improve the design.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Define interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products.
  • Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technology in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
