Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, define user personas, and gather insights for improving user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct and analyze usability testing, gathering feedback to iterate and improve the design.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Define interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across products.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technology in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
