Senior Business Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and build your team to set up, run, and manage the business school.
• Oversee all aspects of the business including marketing, operation, client service, and accounting to ensure the business is
  profitable.
• Align with the business vision and ensure it meets its target and achieves its goals.
• Collaborate, strategize with the team to ensure business runs better.
• Overview knowledge of courses/programs in Cybersecurity, AI, and
  Enterprise Applications (SAP, Microsoft or Salesforce, etc)
• Effectively collaborate and supervise the Social
  Media Officer to ensure the right content is posted daily.
• Understand web design and technologies to ensure the web
  manager updates the right content.
• Collaborate with program managers, and curriculum developers to design, and manage new and existing
  courses.
• Ensure program managers are meeting up with online posting daily.
• Ensure all seven departments collaborate (Admissions Dept, Career
  Services Dept, Account Dept, Programs Dept, Marketing and Social Media Dept,
  Website and Blog Dept, Human Resources)

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field
• 10 years of cognate experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of social media marketing platforms, strategy, and analytics to ensure target marketing.
