Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Guide clients through the buying process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiate offers
  • Promote company properties through various marketing strategies, both online and offline
  • Identify potential clients and build a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns for available properties
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and relevant paperwork

Requirements:

  • HND in related field
  • 2 years of experience in sales and a strong passion for closing deals.
