Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on a service call
  • Resolving IT support requests from employees
  • Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
  • Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
  • Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
  • Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
  • Update employees on the status of their service requests
  • Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed


Requirements:

  • Experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
  • Experience with computer and networking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • The ideal candidate must be an academic graduate
  • Must have completed NYSC

Location:  Ajah, Lekki and it’s environs.
