Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage the appointment calendar and schedule meetings for staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Provide information about the company and services to clients and visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, telephones).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
