Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all key channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and manage client campaigns from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met and campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • SEO & Analytics: Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search visibility, and regularly analyse marketing performance data, using insights to refine and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Strategy & Distribution: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content across various platforms, optimising for reach and engagement.
  • External Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to implement specialised tasks, such as advanced analytics, ad buying, and creative development.



Requirements:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan and execute effective digital marketing strategies, with a focus on long-term growth and short-term results.
  • Analytical Mindset: Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends and be flexible to adjust campaigns in response to the evolving marketing landscape.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and successful.
  • Proactivity: Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and take initiative to ensure continuous improvement in digital marketing efforts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the Nigerian market.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing landscape, especially digital with SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with content teams and external agencies.
  • Proven ability to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions through digital marketing efforts.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000-200,000
