Job Title: Branch Manager (Insurance)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Abeokuta – Ogun, Akure – Ondo, Ibadan – Oyo, Benin – Edo, Port Harcourt – Rivers and Warri – Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Adminsitration, or a related field.
Masters and professional qualification can be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years post-qualificationn relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry
Responsibilities
Formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
Providing effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities within the region.
