Accountant (Corp Member)

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Financial Reporting: Support the
    preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into
    accounting software and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account
    reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Invoice Management: Process and manage accounts
    payable and receivable, including invoice generation and payment tracking.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of
    documents and reports required for internal and external audits.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor and report on budget
    variances, ensuring effective financial management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies
    and relevant financial regulations.
  • Support Senior Accountants: Provide assistance
    to senior accountants in various accounting tasks and projects.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle general
    administrative tasks related to the accounting department, such as filing,
    record-keeping, and correspondence.

 


Requirements:

  • HND/
    BSC in Accounting or related Discipline
  • Must
    be a serving Corp Member
  • Must
    be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, including Word and
    Excel
  • Candidate
    must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Must
    be ready and able to work well within a small team environment.
  • Must
    have great organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent
    attention to detail is a must
