Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Financial Reporting: Support the
preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into
accounting software and ensure all records are up-to-date. - Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and account
reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Invoice Management: Process and manage accounts
payable and receivable, including invoice generation and payment tracking. - Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of
documents and reports required for internal and external audits. - Budget Tracking: Monitor and report on budget
variances, ensuring effective financial management. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies
and relevant financial regulations. - Support Senior Accountants: Provide assistance
to senior accountants in various accounting tasks and projects. - Administrative Duties: Handle general
administrative tasks related to the accounting department, such as filing,
record-keeping, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- HND/
BSC in Accounting or related Discipline - Must
be a serving Corp Member - Must
be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, including Word and
Excel - Candidate
must have good oral and written communication skills - Must
be ready and able to work well within a small team environment. - Must
have great organizational and administrative skills. - Excellent
attention to detail is a must
