Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain
and update accounting records and files. - Prepare
and review financial documents, reports, and statements. - Process
and pay commissions to PBOs. - Analyze
budgets and create expense reports. - Analyze
transactions with internal and external stakeholders. - Process
and make payments to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare
financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. - Prepare
documents for audits. - Prepare
payroll schedules and maintain payroll records. - Ensure
compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing systems and tax compliance.
- Proven experience in analyzing budgets and creating detailed expense reports.
- Ability to analyze transactions and financial data with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing payroll schedules, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll accounting laws and taxes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
