Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:     

  • Maintain
    and update accounting records and files.
  • Prepare
    and review financial documents, reports, and statements.
  • Process
    and pay commissions to PBOs.
  • Analyze
    budgets and create expense reports.
  • Analyze
    transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process
    and make payments to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare
    financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
  • Prepare
    documents for audits.
  • Prepare
    payroll schedules and maintain payroll records.
  • Ensure
    compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes.



Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processing systems and tax compliance.
  • Proven experience in analyzing budgets and creating detailed expense reports.
  • Ability to analyze transactions and financial data with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing payroll schedules, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll accounting laws and taxes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.
