Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the
  company’s footprint in both the IT and banking sectors.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through
  networking, partnerships, and direct client engagements.
• Leverage existing networks within the banking sector to introduce
  our IT solutions and value-added services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored IT solutions
  that meet client-specific requirements.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals, contracts, and
  service offerings to prospective clients.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure
  repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive
  developments within the banking and IT industries.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior
  management.
• Oversee and mentor junior business development staff to align with
  company growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology,
  or a related field. MBA or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, with a
  blend of experience in the banking sector and IT services.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and successfully
  closing large-scale deals.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, including communications,
  integration, cloud services, and managed services.
• Extensive network within the banking industry, with a demonstrated
  ability to engage C-level executives. (COMPULSORY)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
  skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal
  supervision.
• Must
  reside in Port Harcourt, with
  a willingness to travel as needed.
