Sales Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and building relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote company products or services, tailored to the needs of prospective and current customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Highlight the benefits and features of products or services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  •  Work collaboratively with your sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices. Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
  •  Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and leverage professional relationships for business development.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
