We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team at Neolab Medical Diagnostics Services Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation, along with the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks in a medical laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate and efficient coordination.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing information and payments.
Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Manage laboratory inventory and supplies as needed.
Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and address any administrative needs.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office management is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be good looking with a good sense of dressing.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
