Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with operational management software and tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Certification in operations management or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- Experience with specific industry practices or technologies relevant to the company’s field.
