Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and implementing improvements.

  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources for project execution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to processes and policies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with operational management software and tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Certification in operations management or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with specific industry practices or technologies relevant to the company’s field.
