Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations and project teams,
including data entry, record-keeping, and filing. - Assist with preparing reports, memos, and other project-related
documentation. - Support the coordination of project activities such as scheduling
meetings, tracking project progress, and managing office supplies. - Assist with organizing and managing project documents related to
mast installation and fibre implementation. - Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely
communication between departments. - Help maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for ongoing
projects. - Assist in organizing and managing special projects and events.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Upper Credit (HND) or Second-Class Upper Division (BSc)
in any discipline. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently. - Proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
