Sales and Marketing Specialist

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multiple demos of our products to prospective clients, demonstrating product value and addressing client questions effectively.
  • Attract new clients and guide them through the sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand the product and its technical aspects in order to communicate its value proposition.
  • Execute and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase the company’s customer base and meet sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot and Monday Sales to manage customer relationships, track sales pipeline, and ensure all sales activity is recorded.
  • Create Engaging presentations, proposals, and other marketing collateral based on customer needs.
  • Conduct outreach via platforms such as Zoom, Google Hangout, and Slack for meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on the latest tech trends, market analysis, and competitor insights to better target potential customers.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Google Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tech space.
  • Proficiency in conducting multiple demos and addressing various audience levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creating compelling presentations and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Monday Sales for managing leads, tracking progress, and reporting sales activity.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Instagram, and Twitter for digital outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with web applications and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Key Skills:

  • Startup Sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills to conduct multiple product demos and interact with clients effectively.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and exceed targets.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including running campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Strong experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Monday Sales.
  • Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of web applications and digital marketing channels.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A Collaborative team player who can work closely with other departments to achieve shared goals.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SEO,PPC, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest marketing trends.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000 Gross
