Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the hotel.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth office procedures, supporting internal teams, and assisting with guest services to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain guest records, handle guest inquiries, and manage complaints.
Monitor office supplies, manage vendor relations, and assist in payroll processing.
Support the management team with reports and compliance activities.
Assist with HR processes, including staff attendance and performance monitoring.
Help manage hotel expenses, petty cash, and basic financial tasks.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or hospitality role.
Knowledge of basic financial tasks and hotel operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
