Operations Officer

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Key in customer orders when they come through via phone, WhatsApp, or email. 
  • Handle direct customer interactions for anything that goes beyond what our automated updates can handle (special requests, unique issues). 
  • Tackle any delivery issues that pop up, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth solutions. 
  • Make sure our Titans (dispatch riders) have the right info and support to get the job done and exceed customer expectations. 
  • Dig into the data, spot trends, and recommend ways to keep things running more smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Pass on customer and operations feedback to the right teams so we’re always improving.
  • Work closely with other departments to keep the whole operation flowing seamlessly. 


Requirements: 

  • We require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or HND)
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Successful completion of, or exemption from, the NYSC programme. 
  •  We prefer candidates who reside in or near Isolo. Residing close to the office allows for a smoother start to your day, helping you focus on what truly matters without the added strain of a lengthy commute.

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 130,000
