Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes and utensils.
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including food hygiene practices.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Support the head chef and other kitchen staff in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
