Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages with swiftness and precision, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.
• Follow the mapped routes provided by the Vutto app to optimize your time and keep things running efficiently.
• Communicate with the operations team when things don’t go as planned – whether it’s a traffic delay or a change in the schedule.
• Represent Vutto on the streets – you’re the face of our company, making sure every interaction with customers leaves them smiling.
• Take care of your ride and keep your gear in top shape – we trust you to stay road-ready at all times.

Requirements:

• A valid rider’s license: You’ve got the legal paperwork covered and are ready to hit the road.
• Resilient: Able to tackle challenges head-on, regardless of the weather or traffic conditions.
• Ethical: Maintaining high standards of integrity in every delivery.
• Excellent communicator: Ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that the operations team is informed of any changes.
• Self-driven: Demonstrating personal responsibility in maintaining your ride and meeting customer expectations.
• We prefer candidates who reside in or near Isolo. Residing close to the office allows for a smoother start to your day, helping you focus on what truly matters without the added strain of a lengthy commute.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 – 80,000
