Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of
    monthly airtime advice to the GSM network and resolving any challenge reported
    by staff.
  • Maintenance and
    monthly fueling of Official cars.   
  • Raise payment
    memos for repair works, supplies, etc.
  • Co-ordinating
    Office Assistants’ daily cleaning, as well as the end-of-the-month cleaning
    exercises. Managing their monthly rotation table.
  • Creating an
    enabling work environment.     
  • Receive, process,
    and ensure prompt payment of Utility bills (PHCN, LAWMA, Telephone bills)   
  • Supervision of
    office repairs and renovation.
  • Management of
    Inventory of all office consumables (electrical items, toiletries, stationaries, and lab consumables) 
  • Manage company
    health & insurance policies and interface with relevant responsible
    officers.
  • Plan and execute
    periodic staff events.
  • Coordinate the
    compilation of the monthly Staff News update and publish the same.
  • Submit and
    reconcile expense reports; recommend payment memos for Approval.
  • Provide general
    support to visitors.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager,
    from time to time, in the course of work and furtherance of the Company’s
    strategic objectives.
  •  Provide support and solutions to all Admin-related issues, ensuring staff have a conducive work environment.    
  • Management of
    Artisans Database.
  • Manage all inventories/Stores, prompt settlement of vendors, government levies, rents, and utility bills.
  • Adequate management of all company assets, such as vehicles, insurance management, etc.

Requirements:

  • A minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years cognate work
    experience handling administrative functions.
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Basic bookkeeping and math skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office technology, and computer software including MS
    Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion of personal and
    confidential information.
