Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for properties
• Conducting market research
• Managing advertising campaigns
• Coaching team for successful marketing
• Meeting targets
• Generating leads
• Leveraging technology to drive results. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in real estate marketing or banking. Including property marketing and sale.
• Good knowledge of market research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Having an already existing client base is an added advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate leads, and convert leads to sales.
• Conversant with online real estate/property advertising platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target–driven environment.
• Effective Team management and leadership experience.

Location: Aguda, Surulere (Proximity to the office is a requirement)
