We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

Attend to Customers enquiries online,instore and convert it to sale
Create and post engaging content on the social media pages
Cross selling and upwelling skills
Follow up on enquiries, get feedbacks.

Requirements

OND qualification with 2 – 3 years experience.
Must have at least one year
working experience in a retail store or supermarket
Good use and command of English
Warm, jovial, innovative, team worker, good communication skills and great self confidence
Smart, focused and fast learner with intergrity
Must be able to multitask, social media savvy,computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools
Willing to work on Saturday and some public holidays.
No students, corpers
Male or Female between 23-35 years.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.

Plus transportation allowance – N10,000.
