Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Description

• A Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the automotive service center.
• This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience, from the initial interaction when a vehicle is brought in, through the repair process, and during the final explanation of the services performed.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.
• To accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
• To effectively communicate with customers, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with the services being provided.

Qualifications

• BA / BSc / HND
• 3 to 6 years’ experience as Service Advisor in the Automobile Industry.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport.
