Job Responsibilities

• Proactively seeking new clients for the bank
• Ensuring they follow strict banking policies and protocols
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients.
• Conducting financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and risk tolerance.
• Providing financial advice and recommending appropriate banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets for banking products and services.
• Resolving client issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Strong background in relationship management, credit evaluation, financial analysis
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional individuals experienced in sales and marketing roles, for a dynamic opportunity
• Brilliant and experienced Relationship Managers who possess a unique blend of sharp sales acumen and credit expertise
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
