Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their sales targets and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s business goals, focusing on increasing market share and driving revenue growth.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team, setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about trends, key players, and regulatory changes in the Abuja real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders in the Abuja real estate industry to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Abuja real estate market, leveraging your established network and market knowledge.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring that all transactions are in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that effectively showcase the company’s real estate offerings.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise within the sales team or during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful operation.


Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, including experience in training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • In-depth understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Established a network within the real estate industry in Abuja, with the ability to build new connections to drive business growth.
  • Strong ability to handle challenges, resolve conflicts, and find innovative solutions to drive sales success.
