Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Serve as the product’s leader within the company, driving all related initiatives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including design, testing, forecasting, costing, production, promotion, support, and end-of-life management.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product success, from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
• At least 3 years of experience working within the tech startup space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Solid experience working within an Agile environment.
• Willingness to travel within Nigeria and West Africa occasionally, as required.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 – 600,000
