    Job Description

    The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operation of their daily activities. This role requires a sharp, detail-oriented individual who is adept at multitasking and can work independently within a hybrid working model, combining remote and on-site duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive team, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
    • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and compile data as required to support decision-making.
    • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
    • Organize and maintain files, records, and other important documents.
    • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for business trips.
    • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on critical issues.

    Requirements

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work model, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Experience

    • 0-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
    • Experience in managing schedules, drafting professional correspondence, and coordinating events or meetings.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and software is an advantage.
