Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock rotation and facing
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure effective product assortment and inventory management
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising or a related field
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with inventory management
  • OND, HND, BSC. in Marketing or related field preferred
