Job Description
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. We are looking for a sharp learner who can follow instructions, adapt quickly, and bring a proactive approach to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR databases and systems.
- Support the performance management process, including setting up reviews and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and provide timely resolutions to issues.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with management to enhance work relationships, build employee morale, and increase retention.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related role is preferred; however, we are open to sharp learners who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Familiarity with HR procedures, labour laws, and best practices is a plus.
