Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and handle cash and transactions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
