Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the sales funnel, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to execution and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry players to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, providing strategic recommendations to keep the company competitive.
  • Coordinate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales funnel optimization
  • Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Strong network and connections in the digital marketing industry
