Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability.
  • Create and update drink menus, ensuring a high standard of quality and innovation.
  • Train and mentor bar staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
  • Oversee ordering and stocking of bar supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of SSCE
