Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
  • Follow recipes and formulas to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • Operate commercial baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
  • Develop new recipes and ideas to keep offerings fresh and exciting
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a baker or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school (S.S.C.E), OND, or equivalent degree.
