Job Title: Short-let Apartment Manager

Locations: Jahi, Katampe, and Wuye, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are seeking for a Short-let Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of their short-let properties, located within 3 estates in Abuja.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest comfort, maximizing occupancy rates, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our client operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest’s stay.
  • Oversee vendors and cleaners to ensure the upkeep of apartments, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance coordination. Ensure apartments are always ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain adequate supplies of amenities, linens, and cleaning products.
  • Handle payment processing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, property owners, and service providers.
  • Utilize online platforms to advertise apartments and attract guests. Manage online reviews and ratings.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality, Estate Management, Marketing or related field of study
  • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality or customer service industry would be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets using software such as MS Word, Excel and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of Canva and social media marketing applications like Instagram and Facebook would be advantageous.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
