Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.


Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances fairly and consistently.


Performance Management:

  • Support performance review processes and guide performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in setting up and tracking employee performance goals and development plans.


Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Facilitate or organize training sessions and workshops.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Support compensation analysis and salary benchmarking processes.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.


Organizational Development:

  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
  • Assist in change management efforts and employee communications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Ile – Ife 

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000
