Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored marketing plans that align with their objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Develop content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Manage and grow clients’ social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO, and optimize content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present insights and recommendations to clients to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and certifications.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
