Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels; paid ads, display ads, and influencer marketing. 
  • Customer Retention: Ensure our customers stay and are happy. 
  • Customer Conversion: Own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers.  
  • Strategy:Build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals through our online presence 
  • Research:Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy. 
  • Drive the team in the aspect of content creation, and social media marketing across all socio-media presence. 
  • Drive brand growth and establish a heavy online presence.  
  • Develop a profound e-business strategy and implement it.  
  • Develop a customer care initiative and profound understanding of customer needs; hence managing the entire customer care units.  

Requirements:

  • Degree from a reputable institution
  • 3-5 years experience working for a Fintech business. 
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing growth online. 
  • Advanced users of analytics tools; Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • A data-first approach.  
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. 
  • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who’s been solely responsible for growth at their company. 
  • Social media marketing skills 

Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 500, 000- 800, 000
