Customer Care Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and social media.
  • Manage sales processes using Excel and sales software.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, including posts, graphics, and other promotional materials, focusing on behind the scenes, our product offerings and brand message.
  • Engage with our growing community on Instagram and other platforms, ensuring our voice remains consistent and engaging.
  • Track customer interactions and sales data, providing regular reports to management.
  • Assist with order processing and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer care.
  • Proven experience in managing customer interactions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, and sales software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining content calendars.

Location: LUTH, Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 to NGN 80,000.
