Responsibilities:
- Strategy

create actionable plans. - Team
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales teams,
setting clear goals and providing ongoing support. - Foster
a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. - Brand
Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging
across all marketing channels. - Develop
and manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, social
media, and traditional advertising. - Sales
Management:Drive the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets by
identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with
existing clients. - Develop
and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and
networking. - Customer
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Implement
customer loyalty programs and manage feedback to improve service
offerings. - Budget
Management: Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget,
ensuring efficient allocation of resources. - Track
ROI on marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Reporting
and Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of
marketing and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement. - Use
data-driven approaches to optimize marketing strategies and increase sales
conversion rates. - Collaboration: Work
closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure
alignment on business objectives and customer service standards. - Coordinate
with event planners and the culinary team to create promotional events
that drive traffic and sales. - Market
Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry
trends, customer preferences, and new technologies that can enhance
marketing and sales efforts. - Analyze
customer demographics and behaviors to tailor marketing strategies
effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing and sales leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, sales strategies, and brand management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and data analysis.
- Experience in the Lagos market or similar metropolitan areas.
- Understanding of the waterside hospitality business model.
