Job Title: Football Coach

Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated Football Coach to lead their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coaching teams, and mentoring players to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions for teams (ages 5 -18)
• Develop and implement tactical and technical training programs
• Coach teams during matches and tournaments
• Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with academy staff to ensure player development and progress
• Maintain a safe and supportive training environment
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and academy staff

Requirements

• UEFA/FA Coaching Qualification
• Proven coaching experience in youth football (secondary school level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for developing young players
• First aid and safeguarding certifications (desirable).
