Telesales Specialist

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Leads: Use cold calling, referrals, networking, and trade shows to generate potential leads.
  • Build Relationships: Advance the sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Initiate New Customer Relationships: Expand existing work relationships and establish new ones.
  • Research and Qualify Leads: Provide insightful recommendations to clients based on thorough market research.
  • Make at Least 50 Phone Calls Daily: Consistently reach out to potential clients to promote our products and services.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • OND/B.Sc academic qualification
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
  • Telemarketing Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing and making sales via phone calls.
  • Customer Convincing Skills: Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
  • Experience with International Clients: Successfully communicate with clients in the UK and US.
