Sales Executive

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Close deals and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase properties and network with potential clients.
Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  • Provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information about the real estate market.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 Monthly plus commission
