Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the UK market who would benefit from our Virtual PA services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to showcase the value of our Virtual PA services.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how our services can address their pain points.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on achieving or exceeding sales targets.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Regularly check in with clients to offer additional services or support, aiming for high client retention rates.


Market Research & Insights:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the UK.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics, customer needs, and sales strategies.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the sales process based on market insights.


Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline progress, and revenue generated.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.


Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
  • Share best practices and insights with other members of the sales team to contribute to collective success.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in selling services to international markets.
  • OND/HND/B.Sc academic qualification
  • Strong understanding of the UK business environment and client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.


Benefits:

  • NGN 250,000 Monthly salary.
  • Bonus of up to N500,000 a month
