Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager in the Real Estate Sector to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry leaders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Create and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals and opportunities
- Set and achieve growth targets for the company
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities
- Mentor and guide junior team members in business development strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in real estate business development or related role
- Proven track record of successfully developing new business opportunities and partnerships
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Experience in multiple facets of real estate (e.g., residential, commercial, property management)
- Established network within the real estate industry
- Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis
Remuneration: 150k, commission and other benefit
