Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide
comprehensive administrative support to [executive/manager], including
calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. - Prepare
and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. - Handle
personal tasks and errands as needed, such as scheduling appointments,
managing household needs, or coordinating with external vendors. - Organize
and maintain files, records, and office supplies. - Assist
with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are
completed efficiently. - Act as
a liaison between the executive/manager and internal/external stakeholders. - Maintain
confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven
experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. - Excellent
organizational and time-management skills. - Strong
written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency
in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. - Ability
to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. - High
level of discretion and confidentiality. - A
proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business
administration or related field. - Familiarity with project management tools and CRM
systems.
