Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    comprehensive administrative support to [executive/manager], including
    calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare
    and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Handle
    personal tasks and errands as needed, such as scheduling appointments,
    managing household needs, or coordinating with external vendors.
  • Organize
    and maintain files, records, and office supplies.
  • Assist
    with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are
    completed efficiently.
  • Act as
    a liaison between the executive/manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain
    confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements:

  • Proven
    experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent
    organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency
    in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability
    to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High
    level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A
    proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business
    administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM
    systems.
