Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for dissemination of information and overall communication within and outside the resort and strategically lead and manage the day-to-day running of all departments in the resort, working directly with all heads of department.
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and confirm during routine checks and anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly, maintaining high standards for staff performance and customer service.
- Monitor purchases, requisitions, and operations of the accounts department.
- Maintain full knowledge of all inner workings of the resort, including room rates, policies, specials, and availabilities.
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 5 years’ previous experience in managing operations of a resort or hotel
- Great understanding of all inner workings of a hotel apartment and/or restaurant business
- Sound knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, products, and competition in the hospitality industry
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 450,000 – 550,000
