We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Worker III

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job type: Contract
Duration: 6 months renewable

Responsibilities

  • Operate Mechanical planters and collect data from trials.
  • Assist in determining the level of nutrients in soil and analyze soil composition fertility and structure.
  • Assist in testing and studying land to assess viability for special usage.
  • Operate complex scientific instruments such as PH meter, seed counter, etc.
  • Assist in setting up laboratory and field equipment required for testing, and conduct experiment to improve the quality and yield of plants.
  • Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisors.

Qualifications                    

  • O’level with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing similar role in a well-structured environment.

Competencies:
The ideal candidate must:

  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have the ability to diagnose problems with equipment.
