Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, modifications, and track order status.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working effectively within a team Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Location: Must live around Ago Palace Way, Festac, Amuwo, Satelite Town, etc.
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
