Customer Service Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, modifications, and track order status.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.


Requirements: 

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working effectively within a team Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Location: Must live around Ago Palace Way, Festac, Amuwo, Satelite Town, etc.
  • Proximity to location is an added advantage.
