Community Manager and Content Lead

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    community engagement strategies and initiatives linked to the content calendar
    and trends (global and local)
  • Plan
    and execute community initiatives and programs, online and in person.
  • Moderating
    discussions and content within the communities across platforms to build brand
    awareness
  • Responding
    to community inquiries and feedback
  • Create
    engaging and shareable content for social media pages, monthly newsletters, and/or promotional videos.
  • Monitor
    and analyze campaigns from the community using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Find
    new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
  • Research
    and plug-in to events that have community representation. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
