Job Title: Branch Manager, Nigeria – West Africa (M / F / D)

• Are you ready to take our Nigeria office to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic manager with a passion for technology and sales and a deep understanding of the Nigerian market. Become our central contact person in Lagos and shape the future with us.

Responsibilities
What can you expect from this position:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers in Nigeria and West Africa.
• Your coordinate the deployment of our local technicians on site to ensure the smooth installation and servicing of our machines and systems.
• You will be responsible for purchasing on site, e.g. importing spare parts, etc.
• You will support our local sales team and liaise closely with our local customers, both for ongoing support and for the acquisition of new customers.
• You will be responsible for the administrative and commercial agendas on site and act as an interface to the head office in Austria. 
• You will ensure that our quality standards are maintained at all times to the satisfaction of our customers. Our professional Austrian sales and service team will provide you with optimum support.
• You are familiar with the business practices in Nigeria and West Africa and will contribute this expertise to the further development of our business in these countries. 
• The position involves travelling within Nigeria and the surrounding countries.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• You have a technical and/or business education with some year´s experience in both areas.
• Ideally, you have industry experience in bag production, fabric production and/or plastic recycling.
• You move with ease between cultures and business mentalities; your high cultural awareness let you work effectively with our customers and our colleagues in Austria.
• Your business language is English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
